Shipping Policy

Idle Assembly ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or VAT charges that may apply once your order reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot under-declare the value of any shipment to avoid customs.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Idle Assembly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
